We have teams from other churches in Ukraine, Europe and America planning to visit us to help with evangelism and outreach in 2011. Beginning in the spring we have teams of students who will help us reach students in our city through music, drama, English language outreach and street evangelism.
This summer we plan to do children’s festivals in different regions of our city. Through our festivals we will share the gospel with children through the use of clowns, puppets, music, games and crafts.
In addition to children’s festivals we plan to partner with other churches to cover our city in prayer. Once a month we plan to take one week and target a specific region in our city. In that region we will have a prayer station set up in areas where many people pass by. We will also have teams of people who will go door to door to ask how we can pray for people. Then, the following week we will meet nightly to pray.
In the fall we begin our discipleship series of studies. These studies are designed to help us grow to greater maturity in our faith. Greater maturity means change, change and growth from the person you are today, into the person God wants you to be tomorrow. Maturity means a very different you! We will accomplish this through bible study, personal instruction, team building exercises, and team outreaches.
Also beginning in the fall and throughout the winter months we will be offering seminars designed to help strengthen marriages. We must not leave out our kids, so also we plan to offer classes and seminars which will help dad’s and mom’s improve parenting skills.
Each week we offer regular opportunities for people to gather. One night we get together to offer people a chance to watch English movies, and practice their English. On Wednesday’s we offer a casual meeting for worship, bible study and fellowship. Friday nights it’s Friday Night L’viv. Our young people get together to hang out, play games, worship and study the word. Sunday mornings we meet for our regular church service at 11:00.
